Khurasan Civilian Sci-Fi Car (and Yoshi Mecha)
Here's a fast build I did for Khurasan overnight, while I wrestled out other concepts. Who needs sleep? It's overrated.
Jon, the client, wanted a sleek little civilian car that could be used as anti-gravity or a three-wheeled variant. The bottom bit swaps out, and can simulate a low-hovering a-grav vehicle on four small studs, or a trike. Good stuff.
Also, here's a Yoshi Mecha found on Gizmodo. Mecha makes everything better.

Would it be very hard to do an open topped version of your vehicle if, say, the seats and control works were moulded onto that thin middle plate that fits under the upper bodywork?
The people with a talent for molding could probably pull it off, but I couldn't speak for them.
If this takes off, I could foresee a few variants based off this chassis concept.

That looks entirely doable. Perhaps a convertible could be added to the queue of potential builds. I'll let Jon know, if we revisit the concept.

GZG provides two driver figures with their Grav flatbed who also fit into the 15.mm.co.uk aircars very nicely - they are cast without feet so you don't have to worry about footwells. 15mm.co.uk does have driver figures but I haven't bought any as yet.
I'll try and take some photos of the cars I've painted up to give you a better idea of what I'm talking about.
