Scorpion Mech Rework, Part 3

 Some work on the tail, and how to get forearm weapons to mount to the tail without extending too far out.

I made the weapons module a separate "knuckle" that mounts to the tail tip, at the same spot as the pincer or buzzsaw.

Did a little cleanup on the legs mounts, too.
